Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal new truths to you in a new way.

1) What does Elijah’s encounter with the prophets of Baal reveal about his confidence? Why do you think it is important that Elijah gave the prophets of Baal “home court advantage”?

2) In what ways do you see Elijah’s prayer for fire from heaven as an Audacious Prayer?

3) What lesson do we learn from Elijah’s prayer for rain? In what ways do you see Elijah’s prayer for rain as an Audacious Prayer?

4) In chapters 18 through 19 we see Elijah go through different situations with different reactions and different outcomes. What does this reveal about the character of God and how He answers Audacious Prayer? How does this make you feel?

1) Please continue praying for our church and our community.
2) Continue praying that God would reveal His vision, mission, purpose

for your life.
3) Find a passage of Scripture that really speaks to you and relates to a

situation that you are facing. Pray that Scripture back to God and ask

Him to align your will with His.
4) How has God revealed Himself to you this week? In a thunder storm

or in a whisper?

As you pray for these things this week, write down the things that God reveals to you. Write down how He has used you this week to accomplish His purpose for your life. Then, come back to church and share your experiences on the Audacious Faith wall. Write down on a 3x5 card the miracles that God has performed in your life this week.
